Modernizing School Administration

The Fee Management System (FMS) is a purpose-built platform designed to address the operational challenges faced by educational institutions across Cameroon and beyond. Schools were struggling with paper-based record keeping, inconsistent fee tracking, and limited communication channels between administrators, teachers, and parents.

Benorine Technologies AB developed FMS as a centralized digital solution that consolidates student enrollment, fee collection and tracking, automated report card generation, and parent communication into a single, intuitive platform. Since its launch in 2023, FMS has been adopted by multiple schools and continues to evolve with new features driven by real user feedback.

The Challenge

Paper-based fee records led to frequent errors, lost receipts, and disputes between schools and parents over payment histories.
Student enrollment data was scattered across multiple registers and spreadsheets, making it difficult to maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
Report card generation consumed weeks of teacher time each term, with manual calculations prone to mistakes.
